Spock's only disadvantage is his human emotion. It is kind of ironic that his emotion is seen as such a weakness.
Kirk is the complete opposite of Spock, he seems gung-ho and lacks thinking logically. He has no control over his emotions. Is this a weakness or what makes him so successful?
